Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Time & Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you give us the wrong shipping information, you will be responsible for paying for shipping to the correct address.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. Please contact the carrier for an investigation.

If you (customer) would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, this would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

 

2. Refund

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to issue any refunds on items where the wrong size, color, or material was ordered. Please make sure that you pay close attention when ordering your products from us to make sure that you order exactly what you want.

All purchase prices, outside of taxes and shipping, are considered a donation and cannot be refunded, however, they are tax deductible.

If you require us to send you a tax deduction statement for your purchases, please send an email to [email protected] and one will be sent to you within the legal time period.

 

2. Exchange

If you require an exchange due to a mistake or error on our part, before you return any items email us right away or within 2 weeks of receiving your products to let us know issues.

Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

 

3. Contact info

Please contact us at [email protected] to exchange any products that meet our exchange policy. Let us know the exact issues so that we can approve the return. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

After getting approval we will send you information on how to get your exchange via the email that you used for your exchange request.
